DEEP MEANING AKA: NEGLECT, HATE & SELF SHAME

Alice, a young woman, suffering from loneliness with no friends, attempts to create a beautiful, meaningful opera with the help of her talking teddy bear by holding try-outs which only receive two people, a quiet girl and mean girl. As she tries to come up with ideas for her opera, her mind slowly descends into madness and depression.

A feature film I made when in 2017 when I was 18 years old living in Kilkenny at the time, just after finishing secondary school and before I started college the next year.
